New goods: 24 months, second hand articles: 12 months


Right to return:
Our customers are entitled - if they are end users in terms of the Act applies - in accordance with § 356 Civil Code of Germany to return the received goods without giving reasons within 14 days. The period begins earliest with receiving the goods and this instruction. For keeping the deadline it is sufficient to send the goods in due time. In that case we refund you the accruing shipping costs. We ask you to inform us about your return request by telephone or via email. Non-free shipping causing unnecessary costs and should be avoided whenever possible.

In the case of the return received mutual services are refunded and possible profits are surrendered. If the goods are deteriorated, compensation can be charged. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product exclusively is traced to their testing (as it would be possibly for example in a store). The compulsory compensation can be avoided by using the good not like owner and by omitting all, which could reduce the value of the good.
